The Company is headed by Mr. Sanjay Yogendra Shah. He holds the degree of Master of Science by Research from Institute of Chemical Technology (University of Mumbai) formerly known as UDCT. He joined his family owned Research and Analytical Laboratories, URALAB, in Mumbai in 1975.

Mr. Sanjay is approved as a Manufacturing Chemist (Active Pharmaceuticals Ingredients) and Quality Control Chemist by Maharashtra State FDA authority.

With his rich educational background and vast experience in the Industry in various fields like Quality Control & Assurance, Research, Scaleup & Manufacturing, detailed documentation; he started consulting in the field and was co-ordinator for National Centre For Quality Management (NCQM) for their Ahmedabad Centre representing Gujarat Region. He is an Expert & Auditor for a leading International Certification Agency in India.
